Last week I said that I was having trouble with my Red Hot Core workout and somebody gave me help with it. She gave me some modifications to try, and they worked so I am on my way with it. This is huge, I have been practicing DDP Yoga for 2 years and 3 months, and never could do this basic routine. I have done it 3 times now in the past week. If you read this, Thanks Cat!!
This week is my Glow Run in Williamsburg. I am excited! I am going with my husband and 2 kids, my sister and niece, and my friend and her kids. Williamsburg had better watch out! Also I think we bought out the entire stock of glow necklaces and bracelets on the Eastern Shore. I can't wait!
The best news yet, I am down 5 pounds in 2 1/2 weeks! I literally sat down and cried. Last year was so frustrating to me, trying so hard and not losing any weight at all. In my head I understand that I was building muscle, but that does not stop the frustration. I just kept my head down and kept practicing my yoga. Also I spent the year trying to work on cleaning up my diet. Things have finally fallen into place to a point that my exercise and my diet have started working together again, like they have not done since before my son was born 15 years ago. I have energy like I do not believe, too. I do not say all this to brag, far from it. I say for my own accountability and to encourage others who may be in my situation for whatever reason. Do not lose hope! You can do it!
So I didn't input my weight before fitbit sent the report for the week so it won't show up until next week. Down to 307!
