I am sorry I haven't been able to keep up the past few weeks. I had my computer back for one shining day, and it died again. So until my husband is done with truck school, which is hopefully today! And can come home to fix it, I still have only my tablet. Tablets are a pain for posting, let me tell you.
This tendonitis in my foot is really making me think, in order to keep losing weight or at least hold where I am. I was pushing it too hard, and then needing to take breaks for a week or even two. Well, that didn't help anything, so I have been adjusting my expectations. I reset my fitbit goal to 7000 steps a day. I still don't make it every day but at least I can hit it most days, and my foot is doing OK with that. I have come to the realization that my foot is in absolute control of whether I can lose weight or not.
I still can't import my stats, so suffice it to say, 58,449 steps for last week, 25.53 miles, and up 2 pounds to 308. I do not get discouraged by the 2 pounds, because that is not enough to mean anything at all. I just hope I can get my pc back soon, so I can get back to posting regularly!

Weekly Update 7/24/15 and a 5k
***pc update, my husband thinks he got the pc fixed! Yay!***
I have been doing more DDP Yoga than walking, the past week or so. I wanted to be ready for the 5k, and then afterwards I needed some serious repair. The tendonitis in my right foot didn't flare up too badly though. Stand Up felt so good yesterday, and I managed almost all the moves unmodified. I got hold of my ankle in Hood Ornament without my yoga strap! Sometimes I can, sometimes I can't. I also set my steps goal on my FitBit down to 8,000. I have gotten off track with my yoga, because I spend too much time trying to hit my step goal. I need to keep my eyes on the prize! If I don't do my yoga, I will not be able to keep walking.
So here is my FitBit update from last week. FitBit keeps thinking I am gaining weight, but I am losing! I guess FitBit doesn't like Primal. Next week I will have to remember to weigh BEFORE it sends my weekly report so it has all the information.
